Once Upon A Pennine

Theres this place in whitworth, on the horizon, where the old quarries used to be any you can walk up there and see all the remains of old heaps of stone and the tracks the trains would take the stone away on. its a crackin place where you can see for miles, the seven sisters of rochale, Oldham, the CIS and the Hilton over in Manchester, Hollingworth lake, the M62 motorway, bridge and beyond toward Yorkshire. It has become a tradition with my parents to walk up to the drystone 'seat' at the highest point every new years day. However this year we went up on the 2nd of January, we had hot chocolate, brandy, jaffa cakes and a bannana.

Me Mum found a Skeleton.
I found a better one.
